What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Consultant, Information Management position at Aurecon Australasia Pty Ltd?
Just imagine your future with us…
At Aurecon, we see the future through a very different lens. Do you? People, innovation, eminence and digital are at the heart of everything we do. Are you excited about the future? We are.
At Aurecon, we enable our people to work on some of the most challenging and complex projects and to learn from the best!
What will you do?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Information Manager to join our Project Services Hub, where you will act as a key member of a highly skilled team that ‘bring ideas to life’ across several large and exciting projects.
As an Information Manager, you will work with our Digital Practice Leader and Digital Engineering Leads, acting as a subject matter expert who will develop and implement Project Information Management processes on multiple projects by understanding and defining project information requirements, upholding standards and driving process improvement initiatives across the information management lifecycle.
On a day-to-day basis, you will lead the project set-up, ensure compliance is in line with ISO19650 and Aurecon standards, manage training, access, security and permission for data and liaise with our clients.
As a Senior member of the team, you will provide project-specific information management training to the broader team, lead the document controllers, and act as the point of contact for any information management queries.
Lastly, as the Lead Consultant Information Manager, you will drive new initiatives, foster long-lasting internal and external relationships, and coach the broader team while promoting a culture of excellence.
What can you bring to the team?
You will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. On a technical level, you will have experience managing digital information, developing project-specific Information Management Frameworks, and driving compliance and process improvement initiatives, for major projects or similar.
Ideally, you will be technically skilled across Information Management systems like ProjectWise, SharePoint, BIM360, Approval Workflow and Document codification, and exposure to Azure Active Directory will be beneficial. Understanding or experience with ISO9650 is highly beneficial.
Additionally, you will showcase your strong internal and external stakeholder management experience, a can-do attitude and, importantly, a strong team player who works well in an agile and collaborative environment. You are someone who enjoys leading people and willingly shares your technical knowledge and experience to foster a culture of development and growth in your team.
We value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.
Our Aurecon Attributes describe the types of people we bring together for clients. We don’t expect you to have all eight attributes but one that is unique to you.
