We are looking for experienced engineers to join our Transmission & Distribution team working within our Energy business. We are particularly looking for experience in:
Management of design projects including scope definition, financial management, project scheduling, quality, and risk management
Lead multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including study phase, design, tender and construction phase support
Active role in the development and maintenance of positive client relationships and ongoing business development
Responsible for leadership and development of junior team members
Be part of a supportive team that works together to meet our client’s goals
Proficient in using PLS-CADD software suite including PLS-Pole and PLS-Tower.
Familiarity with Australian Standards relevant to overhead Transmission & Distribution line design.

As well as experience in a similar senior or lead structural engineering role. Specifically:
A relevant tertiary qualification in the Civil / Structural Engineering
Chartered engineer credential
Extensive experience within Power Transmission and Distribution is essential
Tower and pole design experience is essential
Strong technical capability and report writing skills
Experience on working for utilities, preferably for Western Power and/or Horizon Power, is desirable.
