What will you do?

Asset Management & Performance is Aurecon’s market-leading team that provides technically-empowered advisory services to empower clients to make well-informed capital decisions.  We partner with clients across a range of markets, in locations around the Asia Pacific to ensure their assets deliver value to their organisations throughout the asset lifecycle.

You will gain exposure to large industrial clients and gain an understanding of the typical asset management challenges faced throughout the lifecycle. Aurecon works across all types of projects and industries including Transport, Infrastructure and Buildings, Defence, Energy, Resources and Utilities. Here is small example of the key things you will do each day at Aurecon:

• Lead the development and assessment of asset management strategies and tactics
• Provide clients with recommended capital and operations performance improvement measures
• Development of programs of work aimed at asset management maturity enhancement
• Support and lead clients in building effective asset management systems – from the top down, and aligned with leading practice standards (e.g. GFMAM, ISO 5500X, AM Council, TPP 19-07 etc.)
• Plan, manage and conduct asset integrity and condition assessments
• Undertake and support technical reliability studies
• Support our broad capabilities such as Process Safety and Operational Readiness – uplifting and strengthening your personal skill base
• Translate technical analysis outputs into real world impacts for clients and their stakeholders
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore and build strong internal and external relationships including with professional bodies and organisations

What can you bring to the team?

You will share our genuine passion for re-imagining asset performance and be someone who actively pursues reshaping the future of Asset Management. You will demonstrate:

• 4 years of previous experience in asset management, capital program management, delivery or experience in a technical or financial advisory environment. We think laterally at Aurecon and welcome people who can translate adjacent experience.
• Problem solving and analytical skills using a variety of approaches and tools
• Client management and engagement delivery in a professional advisory setting
• Strong communication skills – with clients, external stakeholder and within your own organisation
• The ability to tell a story – and translate that story into client deliverables
• The attitude of a lifelong learner- committed to learning and growing with each engagement
