In this role, you will develop and maintain schedules for a portfolio of projects/programs to monitor key activities and assess impacts to achievements of key milestones for full lifecycle of projects/programs across multiple sectors including; resources, energy, transport, buildings and defence.
Be accountable for developing and monitoring of project/program schedule generally through the development and delivery phases, including working with the detailed contractor schedule.
Develop and implement Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) including alignment with Cost Time Resource Structures (CTR’S) in accordance with project procedures and practices during the development phase.
Work closely with suppliers and contractor’s scheduler to ensure the quality of their level 4 schedule is maintained and tracked against the baselined schedule using meaningful rules of credit.
Analyse the schedule using different method including Earned Value method, critical path method and look for schedule optimisations to achieve key milestone dates
Work with project team to review impacts, test scenarios and develop mitigation plan and corrective actions.
Establishing a fit for purpose standardised approach and practice for the team.
Strive to be a subject matter expert in Project Planning/Scheduling.
Support Project Managers to help them identify key project risks in early stage of project

What can you bring to the team?
Demonstrated experience in the preparation and maintenance of the schedules in various infrastructure projects/programs
Strong experience of utilising P6 and MS Project for the total project lifecycle
