What You’ll Do
Aurecon’s Asset Management & Performance team is a market leader, delivering technically empowered advisory services to help clients make informed capital decisions. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive team support professional to assist with projects, daily operations, and broader team coordination.
This is a fast-paced, diverse, and dynamic role—ideal for someone who thrives in an agile environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the QLD Practice Leader and broader team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and event planning, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Managing expenses, credit card reconciliations, calendars, travel, and diaries to ensure seamless coordination.
- Assisting with Client Relationship Management (CRM) entries, business reporting, information management, and knowledge sharing.
- Liaising directly with clients, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Working closely with the NSW Project Coordinator and the Asset Management & Performance Leader’s Executive Assistant to provide support and cover when needed.

Ideally, you bring:
- Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and build relationships.
- Excellent written communication, including procurement and technical document preparation.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
