Help Desk Technician - Position Description
The Helpdesk Technician’s scope of responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following functions:
Promote a high level of customer satisfaction by answering incoming calls and providing end user customer technical support
70% Remote work from home and 30% customer site dispatch within Eau Claire area.
Active Directory Management computers and user accounts including account modification, password resets, and onboarding/disabling of accounts.
Provide O365 administration for our WI customers
General computer & server issues
Printing/scanner issues
Basic network connectivity troubleshooting (VPN, router, switch)
Basic business and telephone application support
Qualifications
2 to 4 years of prior experience
Possess strong analytical skills and effective interpersonal and communication skills
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and work under pressure
High level of focus and professionalism
Extreme attention to detail
Follow direction to the letter
Achieve difficult goals in a short time frame
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
