ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and coordinate installation of new voice/data services.
- Plan and coordinate upgrade of existing voice/data services.
- Will interface with customers to ensure proper configuration during new service installation and turn-up as well as upgrades.
- May interface with customer, Network Operations, and IT support personnel to ensure proper escalation during outages or period of degraded system performance.
- Ensure customer data is populated in necessary system.
- On call duty rotation participation may be required
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
- Two or four year college degree in business or technical field
- Minimum two years telecommunications experience
Preferred
- ConnectWise experience
- CLEC operations experience
- Project management experience

- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors and business contacts in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice
- Must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision and contribute to a team environment.
- Highly organized to handle large number of simultaneous activities in a very fast paced environment, yet flexible to respond quickly to critical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to make sound decisions using the information at hand
- Strong trouble resolution and problem solving skills
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:
- Demonstrated knowledge of personal computer applications including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook.
- Must have and maintain valid Driver’s license
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Occasional travel by vehicle
- Must be able to work overhead with arms extended for a period of time.
- Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of a computer screen, required.
- Primarily indoor work in office environment.
- No unusual physical requirements
