We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Greencastle, Indiana. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work in an outpatient setting, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the rehabilitation process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to promote mobility and independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Requirements:
- Indiana license or compact eligible preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
- Flexibility to work Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends
