Job Description:
The successful candidate will work an estimated 8-hour shift per day, with the opportunity to work additional hours as needed. They will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures.
Responsibilities:
- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety throughout the examination.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal patient care.
Requirements:
- Current licensure or certification as a CT Technologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Experience working with Computed Tomography-Radiography and Computed Tomography equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
