Job Description for Nuclear Medicine Technologist
A leading healthcare provider is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their team for a 15-week travel assignment in Rockport, Maine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and perform diagnostic imaging procedures
- Operate complex equipment such as gamma cameras and PET scanners
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
- Current ARRT-N or NMTCB certification
- Ability to obtain State License-Nuclear Medicine Tech-Maine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment:
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
- 99-bed facility with a general nuclear medicine department
