We are currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a travel nurse in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with colleagues, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage complex patient situations, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in high-pressure environments.

Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa or eligibility for same-state licensure by endorsement.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and/or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Experience: At least one year of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN, preferably in a hospital setting.
