Qualifications
- Must have 1 year minimum of home health experience.
- Must have MA license in-hand.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
- Assist in the development of the therapy plan of care.
- Observe and report patient response to treatment and any changes in condition.
- Relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice.
- Inform participants of health care team, patient, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.
