This 82-bed skilled nursing facility in southwest Wyoming offers a wide variety of services from short-term rehab to long-term care and they are Medicare and Medicaid certified. This facility is located within a reasonable commute of shops and restaurants. Private suites are available, and the campus boasts outdoor gardens, fountains, and walking paths.
