Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in home health and be licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas or hold a compact license.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' well-being.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle. Knowledge of OASIS/HCHB is also strongly preferred.
