We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team in Salem, Arkansas.
Job Description and Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in home health care, with a valid license in the state of Arkansas or compact eligible license. Current CPR certification and access to a dependable vehicle are also required.
Treatment Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient's functional status and physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient well-being
- Assist physicians in developing therapy plans of care
- Report patient progress to supervising nurses and/or physicians
