Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Oregon, NPI NUMBER
- Education: Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting
