Physical Therapist needed for outpatient setting in Townshend, VT!
13 weeks
8-hour day shifts
1 year of Outpatient experience preferred, but will consider all experience levels.
EMR : Cerner - Experience preferred
Responsible for evaluation planning directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed provider.
With 19 inpatient beds for acute and rehabilitative care, this facility is dedicated to providing excellent patient care to approximately 9,000 patients annually.
