Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various speech and language conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- State License-Speech Therapist-Oregon
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs
