Key Responsibilities:
- To provide speech and language therapy services to patients with communication disorders
- To assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- To maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or related field
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or related field
- Vermont licensure required prior to start
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting
