A travel Speech Language Pathologist is needed for a position in Manistique, Michigan.
Key Details
- Duration: 14 weeks with possible extension
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day, no weekends or holidays
- Hours Guaranteed: 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will provide services in outpatient settings for pediatrics to geriatrics and may be required to cover the med/surg floor for inpatient bedside swallow evaluations and cognitive evaluations. They will work with a variety of patient populations and may be required to provide home health referrals as needed.
Requirements
- Specialty: Speech Language Pathology
- Licenses/Certifications: NPI Number, State License (Speech Therapist - Michigan), CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Physical Abilities: Up to 20lbs
About the Assignment
This assignment uses the Cerner EMR system for clinical documentation and Kinzer for Home Health referrals. The Speech Language Pathologist will work in a dynamic environment and must be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
