Hiking, skiing, hot air balloon rides, music, and the arts are all right here Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for Outpatient Department Traveler must have permanent address outside of radius rule of 75 miles. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. 13 weeks assignment at least one years’ experience current required in outpatient physical therapy. Must be a team player flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least two 13-week travel assignment. CERTIFICATIONS : Must have a New Mexico PTA License. - BLS / BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association American Health and Safety or American Red Cross. SHIFTS : Starts between 0 8 hour days. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. No Weekends Holidays or Call. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. If traveler is required to float unlikely they will float to support local OP Rehab facilities.
