Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct nursing staff in providing quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on new policies, procedures, and equipment
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including shift reports and incident reports
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Washington state
- At least 2 years of experience as a house supervisor or nurse leader
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
