Computer Operations Support Analyst (MDA)

Auria is looking to hire a Computer Operations Support Analyst to join our Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. This position will be based at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. The position requires rotating 24x7 shift work at a steady state but not initially (to be determined by mission requirements). Some substitute rotation during off-shifts, including nights and weekends, will be required when the time comes.

The selected candidate will be part of a team that reports to the C2BMC Watch Officer (CWO) and performs daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of the C2BMC systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active SECRET clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
• Advanced degree and 0-1 year experience or Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years experience
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required (Security CE, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security)
• Must have experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments
• Must have experience in system and/or network administration, including:
• Linux
• Windows
• Nutanix cloud infrastructure
• MDA CLAN
• DISA EM network usage
• Must have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components
• Experience in data flow usage and the ability to troubleshoot DISA and MDA network connectivity are required
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira
• Ability to solve problems of limited to moderate scope and complexity.
• Prior exposure to Agile framework and various levels of the development lifecycle (Engineering, Development, Test, Installation, and Deployment)
  
  
  

Salary Range:The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level ($67,000 - $75,000).
