With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide. We are currently searching for Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Auria Fremont Plant in Fremont, Ohio. POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:- Supervise, delegate duties, and develop all maintenance employees
- Scheduling of daily, weekly and monthly activities necessary to maintain the facility and to support production operations
- Responsible for purchasing all necessary material and equipment
- Ensure safe operation and availability of all production related equipment along with associated indirect material and labor budgets
- Establish safety and quality as top priorities
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly facility and shop
- Generate employee involvement at all levels
- Develop and implement programs to meet or exceed budget requirements
- Maintain discipline in the operation through fair and equal administration of the company rules and regulations
- May include researching alternate vendors and equipment relating to cost and process improvements
- Any additional reasonable request deemed necessary by management
- Technical degree or schooling and experience in a related area
- Minimum of three years in a supervisory position
- Computer proficiency mandatory
- Maintenance software experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
- General knowledge of safety, quality and engineering process preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to interface with plant hourly personnel, plant management, and outside vendors and contractors
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
