Office Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- General Office Engineering duties such as preparing quantity sheets, pay estimates, correspondence, and weekly/monthly reports.
- CCO preparation and routing.
- Maintain accurate categorized system of files for project.
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting.
- Develop and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar area is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of transit, in conjunction with public works projects.
- Previous construction Office Engineering experience on public works projects.
- Familiarity with public sector processes and procedures.
- Proficient with the use of computers, Microsoft office suite and CM software.
- Strong skills in documentation and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
