Technical Product Owner Role

Preferred location – Kansas area

Mandatory Skill: Certified PO with a good understanding of APIs and Web development

What You’ll Do:

• Work across the company to launch and integrate new payment methods and payment experiences to support new business initiatives.
• Work with external payment providers and card networks to drive cost efficiency and optimize purchase flow.
• Partner with global product teams and business stakeholders across the company to deliver business-specific value and drive innovation
• Work with full-stack engineering teams and UX-Designers to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios
• Define and manage a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in decision-making processes

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of global payment systems, money flow, e-commerce, treasury, and financial systems is strongly desired.
• Demonstrated excellence in delivering highly scalable and technical services working with full-stack engineering teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial instincts with a clear bias for informed action and a track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and support
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions
• Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Well versed in Agile - SCRUM or Have PO certification
• Should have knowledge of micro-service, middleware and enterprise integration patterns
• Should have experience as a Product Owner for Microservice and Middleware platforms
• Apply best practices and consistently develop high-quality services on schedule.
• Contribute to project deliverable templates and standards (including coding standards, etc).
• Share knowledge with others by contributing to our growing knowledge base
• 5 years of product owner experience
• Location is remotely but must be located in Kansas area in order to meet at local client locations
