Position and Benefits:
Become an integral part of our team’s knowledgebase and contributions to the global expansion and scaleup of fuel cells, electrode assemblies, and renewable energy demand. Provide expertise in environmental best practices with recommendations for continuous sustainment and improvement of policies that meet and exceed regulations at four of our local buildings.

Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain complete and accurate Environmental, Health, and Safety records/manuals in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Keep abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that affect the workplace and operations;
· Review and maintain all appropriate onboarding and annual training. Keep records and coordinate/schedule all applicable training with company personnel;
· Liaise with engineering for plant production expansion and compliance support;
· Recommend/create new approaches, policies, and procedures to create continual improvement in EHS and the company as a whole;
· Work towards ISO 14001 accreditation;
· Maintain all PPE, Chemical, and Process Container Inventory
· Help author SDS for products
· Understand and monitor all wastes produced and manage vendors (internal/external treatment)
· Be willing to continue learning—we will invest heavily in continuing education!
Requirements:
· Minimum Associates Degree EHS or other applicable.
· OSHA 30-hour minimum
· HAZWOPER instructor training
· RCRA training
· Experience with EPA, CAA, and SARA/TRI reporting
Special Considerations:
· Precious metals facilities, warehouse, and manufacturing experience strongly preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
