Job Description:
Behavior Technicians provide behavioral health services for children with autism and other behavior disorders by implementing Applied Behavior Analysis methodologies. They are continually supervised by an agency BCBA on a weekly basis. Behavior technicians are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA. The Behavior Technicians will also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments (e.g., stimulus preference assessments) under the supervision of a BCBA. The Behavior Technician will also participate in specified trainings and development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
