- Assist with insurance verification and patient inquiries regarding coverage.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and care.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Utilize dental software such as Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks for record management.
Skills
