Aurora Health and Rehabilitation is looking for FULL TIME, PART TIME and PRN LPNs to complete our team!
The Charge Nurse/LPN is responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care and the direction of nursing care during assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Hours/Shifts:
- 12-hour shifts (6a-6p and 6p-6a)
- Our openings include full-time, part-time, and PRN for all shifts
Day in the Life / Expectations
- Provide patient care to residents
- Comply with state and federal regulation
- Work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Valid state license(s)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- High integrity and well-grounded work ethic
- Agility and flexibility with changing priorities
- Team-oriented and a practical team-player
- Professional demeanor
- At least one year experience providing care and services in long-term care (preferred)
