Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the implementation of the Child First model, an evidence-based, two-generation intervention supporting vulnerable children (ages 0-5) and their families. This role combines reflective and clinical supervision with administrative oversight to ensure fidelity to the model and maximize outcomes. The Clinical Supervisor will guide a team consisting of a Clinician, who strengthens parent-child relationships through Child Parent Psychotherapy, and a Behavioral Health Specialist, who provides parent coaching and care coordination. This tandem approach ensures comprehensive, home-based support to reduce mental health challenges, developmental delays, and abuse/neglect. Additionally, Clinicians offer highly sought-after parenting groups (Circle of Security) to further enhance family resilience. Alongside supervision, the Clinical Supervisor may maintain a small caseload, direct program operations, monitor team quality and productivity, and collaborate with community partners and families. This role is pivotal in delivering impactful care and sustaining the program’s success.
Schedule. This position will work Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm, and is eligible for a hybrid model that allows for a mix of remote and in-office work, with an expectation of being in the office two days per week and working from home three days. This schedule may be adjusted based on training, client, and community needs.
$5,000 Sign On Bonus Available! *Not eligible for internal employees and re-hired employees within 90 days from separation.
Based on full time (40 hours/week). Prorated if fewer than 40 hours/week. Paid in two installments: 50% on first paycheck, 50% on paycheck following 6-month anniversary.
Essential Functions:
- Supervise components of clinical operations and set program policy and procedures for team.
- Provide group and individual, clinical and reflective supervision and case conference meetings on a weekly basis.
- Build and maintain cohesive, supportive, reflective, respectful relationships among staff.
- Review all process data with staff and discuss areas for improvement, and respond to clinical areas of need with specific training for staff.
- Review all outcome data on a quarterly basis with staff and discuss areas for improvement, and respond to clinical areas of need with specific training for staff.
- Supervise entry of all data by staff and ensure accuracy, and conduct chart reviews.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with local non-profit agencies, public social services, and state policy makers to enhance their understanding and utilization of services.
- Maintain a small caseload determined by team capacity and need.
- Support the Program Manager with tasks, as requested
- Monitor and coordinate care for assigned clients in partnership with the other members of the clients' care team.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Licensed mental health clinician with Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
- Clinical Licensure required: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with a driving record that meets organization's requirements.
- Knowledge of child, youth, and adult mental health interventions and diagnoses.
- Minimum of five years' experience working psychotherapeutically with clients, along with experience specific to the program being led preferred.
- Significant experience working in office- and community-based settings.
- Knowledge and experience working with diverse cultures and identities.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience conducting supervision with Master's level clinicians preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Required Vaccination and TB Test.
At AMHR the health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priorities. As part of this commitment, all employees are required to receive an annual influenza (flu) shot and present a negative TB test result before their first day of work. Proof of both the flu shot and negative TB test must be provided on your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions can be requested if necessary.
Salary for this role.
Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full-time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Fewer than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Salary is also based on years of licensure and company equity.
- Licensed Therapist: $73,163.38 - $100,118.30per year.
- Licensed Psychologist: $109,443.05 - $130,489.79 per year.
Bilingual Language Differential Pay. *Rate depends on language requirements for the position and the candidate's fluency.

Employees will receive scheduled earnings on a bi-weekly basis, equivalent to 5% of their regular base rate (hourly or salaried), with a maximum amount of $3,000.00 per calendar year. The annual maximum amount will be prorated based on full-time equivalency (FTE).
