Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with cultivating relationships with both existing and potential clients, particularly at the Owner/Principal level. This role involves extensive travel within the assigned territory, which may include international travel, to drive sales and meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include support/setup customer training, resolving disputes, meeting revenue targets, preparing presentations, and managing territorial conflicts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel throughout the designated territory to engage with current clients and explore new business opportunities.
- Educate clients on utilizing sales resources and familiarize them with Aurora’s products and programs.
- Aid in the collection of outstanding accounts receivable and facilitate dispute resolution.
- Achieve or surpass business plan goals, including revenue, margin, and expense targets.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Effectively manage territorial conflicts to maximize sales potential.
- Perform additional duties as directed by Aurora executives.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred understanding of trailer components and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with vendor and dealer distribution channels.
- Ability to meet revenue and margin targets set by the company.
- Exceptional sales and customer interaction abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills to navigate complex sales situations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PC operations, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer literacy.

- Capability to calculate figures and percentages accurately.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
