Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and grow account revenue.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management on account status, forecasts, and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual success and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:
