Position Description:
- Train on customer service and sales solutions and master our outreach methods
- Meet directly with customers and provide product recommendations, answer questions, and process sales orders
- Build genuine relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Keep detailed reports on all customer interactions including order requests, customer complaints, and referrals
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all available products and services as well as industry trends to keep anedge against competition
