At Aurora Sewing Center, we are a family-owned business with three retail locations (East Aurora, NY, Williamsville, NY, and Victor, NY), proudly serving the Western New York sewing community for over 45 years. We specialize in high-end home sewing machines, as well as sewing, embroidery, and quilting products and services.

Retail Sales Associate Position:
We are seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate who is friendly, customer-oriented, personable, self-motivated, and who has interest and/or sewing experience. This is a person who also has an interest in learning and selling high-end home sewing machines and other sewing, embroidery, and quilting products and services we offer.
Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with excellent customer service and a friendly disposition.
- Learn, describe and successfully demonstrate the use and operation of sewing, quilting and embroidery machines, supplies and other products and services offered.
- Process all services/classes/customer transactions accurately and efficiently in the POS.
- Prepare and maintain merchandise displays for purchase, demonstration and use.
- Other duties as assigned.

Training: Provided (hands-on, online, self motivated).
Business Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Compensation: This position is paid hourly, with additional potential for commission earned upon completing training(s).
