Final Assembly Technician
The Assembly Department is tasked with the final production of all types of custom signs including Monuments, Pylons, Pan & Cabinet Signs, Directionals, Routed Panels, Installation of Channel Letters on Raceways, for illuminated and non-illuminated custom signs per shop orders and drawing specifications with a focus on excellent quality while maintaining a safe work environment. Must have ability to multi-task, problem solve and communicate effectively with Department Lead, production team and management.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
· Assemble & build final product according to drawing specifications.
· Assembling signs using air, hand & power tools.
· Install LEDs to all illuminated signs while adhering to UL standards.
· Channel Letter assembling.
· Install channel letter, acrylic and other materials to Raceways & Wireways, Monuments, Pylons, Pan & Cabinet Signs, Directionals and all other illuminated and non-illuminated signs.
· Knowledge of all materials used in signage & manufacturing.
· Lifting and maneuvering materials on and off worktables.
· Work with Department Lead to organize and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication with Department Lead and co-works to detect and resolve design and manufacturing concerns.
· Maintain clean, organized and safe work area.
· Work as part of the Team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
