Our Dental office in Aurora , IL is looking to hire a FULL TIME Dental Receptionist , we are looking for someone that is ready to work, enthusiastic about doing their job, efficient, dependable, professional, and a team player!
No experience required, willing to trained.
No restrictions, has open avalabilty.
Has a dental receptionist your role would be:
Answering and making appointments
Trouble shooting patient problems
Explaining treatment plan to the patients
Verifying Medicaid and PPO insurances
Help in marketing and growing the practice
Taking payments (cash and credit)
Giving appropriate paperwork/consents to patient and then entering it into Open Dental Software
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients, especially children
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
