Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Maintain accurate files related to legal administrative tasks, including leases, tenant communications, and maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
- Develop positive relationships with tenants through effective customer relationship management.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A background in legal administrative work is beneficial but not required.
