Aurum Data Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and motivated business development role (BDM or Account Manager or Client Engagement Manager) for on-site in Fremont. Candidates those who re willing to come onsite to our office on daily basis. It s a base salary plus commission incentives based on what they bring to the company. You will be responsible for communicate with clients to get new clients/business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of managed services. This client-facing role requires exceptional communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Understand client needs and business objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to expand services and enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of managed services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly, working closely with internal teams to resolve problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Products and their applications, providing guidance and recommendations to clients based on their specific requirements.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive customer success and business growth and Prepare regular reports on account status, project progress, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on industry trends and developments.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and client engagements effectively, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Be all eyes and ears to constantly look for customer business and IT challenges, cross-functional team connections and align with our value propositions.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, the ability to think on your feet, and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10-12 years of proven client-facing account management experience or Business Development experience in IT Solutions and Services experience.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Products, including Office 365, Azure, and other relevant solutions.
- Strong Business Process and technical expertise in Enterprise Business Applications, Data and Analytics, IT infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps and Security solutions/services.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and motivate others.
- Ability to work both strategically and tactically, adapting to changing priorities and driving process improvements.
- Highly organized and delivery-focused, with a track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to assess complex situations, identify solutions quickly, and exercise sound judgment.
