What You’ll Do
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of switching to solar.
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations and close deals.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities.
- Work with our install partners to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Cross-sell other home services (roofing, security, internet) for extra commissions.
What We’re Looking For
- Hungry closers who want to earn six figures and beyond.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right people.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
