Your Mission:
To deliver an exceptional guest experience by facilitating safe, engaging adventures on the via ferrata and River Walk Trail while contributing to the success of the Adventure Program.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and tear down via ferrata course and River Walk trail elements daily.
- Stay current with rescue and safety skills through training and regular on-site sessions.
- Conduct thorough safety checks to ensure all equipment and elements meet high standards.
- Lead and oversee large groups, ensuring safety and enjoyment throughout their adventure.
- Collaborate with team members to support all areas of the Adventure Program.
- Attend progress evaluation meetings and provide valuable feedback.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include physically demanding tasks (up to 50 lbs).
- Thrive in an outdoor work environment, regardless of weather conditions.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

- Wilderness First Responder, CPR, or First Aid certification.
- Strong group dynamic and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in outdoor recreation or adventure guiding.
