Your Mission:
To be the first point of contact for our visitors, helping them select the ideal activities and packages while providing exceptional service and contributing to a welcoming environment that showcases the beauty and history of Ausable Chasm.
What You’ll Do:
- Stay up-to-date with all activities and offerings to expertly guide guests in planning their visits.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Foster a fun, productive, and memorable environment for our guests.
- Operate cash registers, credit card machines, and handheld electronic devices with ease and accuracy.
- Keep materials and resources well-stocked and organized for efficient operations.
Always stay professional and approachable.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are guest-ready.
- Step in for additional duties as needed, which may include outdoor tasks.
Required Skills:
- A keen eye for detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems.
- In-depth knowledge (or willingness to quickly learn) of all Ausable Chasm activities and operations.
- A proactive work ethic, even in high-pressure situations.
- A commitment to adhering to company policies and procedures.
