- Deliver one-on-one professional grooming services tailored to customer preferences and breed-specific requirements.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of pets, performing evaluations and discussing concerns with pet owners.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients and maintaining a courteous and professional attitude while caring for their dog and/or cat.
- Keep the grooming van tidy and organized, ensuring equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and in good condition.
- Effectively communicate with the team, who manages all the scheduling and routing.
- Utilize a smartphone for GPS navigation and coordinating with supervisors and team members.
- Proven experience as a pet groomer with a strong understanding of breed standards and grooming techniques.
- Ability to handle pets of various sizes and temperaments. (Dogs required, cats are a plus)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Valid NC drivers license with clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
