Job Summary
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day operations, supervising groomer performance, optimizing schedules, and ensuring that business objectives are met. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Upon successfully completing the training period, the General Manager will earn competitive pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
