About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our field team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring all phases of construction, from contracts to job completion, ensuring quality craftsmanship and products are delivered on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining safe work practices and a clean OSHA record
• Coordinating with material suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure best pricing
• Tracking and resolving production-related issues and warranty calls
• Maintaining a high level of sub-contractors who meet our company's craftsmanship and service standards and are insurance compliant

Daily Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

• Lead with a supportive attitude and positivity throughout the day
• Create all work orders by job
• Schedule all material deliveries
• Schedule all installations
• Ensure weather and other issues are being noted and communicate with homeowners
• Consistently communicate any updates or changes in materials or processes to everyone on the production team
• When talking with happy customers, professionally ask for a referral and review

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or discrepancies
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
