- Reviews installation and ensures that it meets quality standards, promoting high-efficiency production and high-quality installation.
- Communicates with customers before, during, and after projects to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for all customer payments and insurance documents, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
- Behaves in a professional manner as the customer relationship manager, embodying the values of the organization.
- Takes pride in high-efficiency production and high-quality installation, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Works closely with the Marketing team & Sales Manager to provide smart ideas to maximize market outreach and sales opportunities.
- Provides daily reports to the Sales Manager, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provides detailed pictures of every job before, during, and after the project, showcasing quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Completes production sheet for each contract, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.
- Works with the estimating and production team to oversee job profitability, maximizing revenue and minimizing losses.
- Generates leads through networking, referrals, calls, and other means, aiming for 4-6 self-generated leads weekly.
- Closes 35% of deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
