Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join their team.
As an Electrical Engineer with experience in heavy industry maintenance, you'll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art industrial automated facilities. Your expertise in electrical controls maintenance, PLCs, and troubleshooting electrical issues with production equipment will be invaluable to the company.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a hands-on approach and experience working in World Class or Lean Manufacturing environments. You should also have a strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, as well as using AutoCAD to design and troubleshoot electrical systems.
Requirements:
- BS engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years' experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
