This corporation is seeking a Maintenance Manager who possesses a four-year Engineering Degree and has at least 5 years’ experience in maintenance management. You will need to be an achiever, have good communication skills, and be career minded. Need hands-on experience with the maintenance of production machinery as you will be spending much of your time on the plant floor working with the process, production, and employees.
You will be responsible for directing maintenance of different types of production equipment to ensure uninterrupted production. Develop, schedule processes and will control preventive maintenance programs. Your overall goal is to ensure proper maintenance of the facility equipment and the building. Will be responsible for several supervisors and hourly personnel. You’ll need a proven track record of successfully delivering results. You need to be someone who has success in developing a maintenance program and implementing it. This position gives you the opportunity of mentorship. You will help train and certify technicians.
Minium requirements for this Maintenance Manager position :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering required
- At least 5 years’ experience in Equipment and Facility Maintenance Management
- A proven track record of improvements and delivering results.
