Maintenance Superintendent – Industrial Manufacturing

As the Maintenance Supervisor / Superintendent, your focus will be to
- Increase machine uptime & productivity by implementing & improving the predictive maintenance activities
- Assist & supervise the repair of mechanical and electrical functions
- Manage the maintenance team and planning schedules
- Provide support and develop relationships with other departments.
Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Supervisor / Superintendent position:
- At least 5 years’ experience in supervising a maintenance team in an industrial setting
- Documented experience using reliability programs
- Knowledgeable about Change Management and Continuous Improvement skills
- Must have strong OSHA regulations and Safety procedures knowledge.
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
