Maintenance Department Supervisor– Heavy Metal Industry

This is not your typical maintenance role, this is more about leadership, driving change, bringing change management. You will work with the team on developing a proactive maintenance program instead of a reactive. There will be approximately 12 supervisors reporting to this role. They want someone to come in and mentor the group and provide growth opportunities in the future.
You’ll need experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Your approach will need to be very hands-on as this is no desk job. Need to have a strong leadership background.

Minimum requirements for Maintenance Supervisor positions:
At least 5 years of heavy industrial maintenance or even operations experience.
- Leadership skills are a must. Need to provide examples of implementing changes in a department.
- Someone that will be ready to step into a larger role within a few years.
